As part of a hiring process, I was asked to look at recent real estate statistics in Whatcom County to create a mini blog.
In today’s real estate market, drone footage for real estate listings is no longer an anomaly. In fact, it’s an important feature which all agents should be using as a marketing tool. According to MLS statistics, homes with aerial footage sell 68% faster than those without. How does drone footage boost the sales? With emotional appeal in mind, the video is created with a compelling music background, views of the home and the surrounding area. While viewing it, prospective buyers become fully engaged and start to see the home as their own.
